This is an impressive ladle made in London in 1755 , it has a good date letter, the makers mark is difficult to read but is under a Fluer De Lys. It is in very good condition, very heavy gauge, fine rococo decoration on the handle, large shell shaped bowl, there is a line inside where the handle meets the bowl, I think its where it was put together when it was made but it could be some restoration, it is 38cms long and weighs a very heavy 265 grams, it has a period crest.

An very impressive piece of 18th century silver.
