This is an impressive tankard made in London in 1759 by Shaw and Priest,  it is in very good condition, nice cast thumb piece that has caused a couple of very minor dents on the top of the handle , very good hinge, nice clear hallmarks under the base with matching marks in the lid, it is 19cms high and weighs 730 grams
