This is a quality set of 6 tablespoons made in Edinburgh by William Davie, 5 in 1771 and 1 in 1773, they are in very good condition, very good hallmarks, the maker is a bit rubbed on some, the bowls look unused, they have the Clan Gibson Crest and motto Colestes Pandite Portae meaning Open Ye Heavenly Gates, they are 21cms long and weigh 405 grams the set.
