This is a rare basting spoon made in Chester in 1776 by Richard Richardson 1V. It is in very good condition, unworn bowl, very good makers mark, the date letter a is a bit rubbed but readable. It is 30cms long and weighs 90 grams, it has a lovely period Lion crest.
