This is a lovely castor made in London in c1707 by Ambrose Stevenson, it is in very good condition very nice piercing, there is a very small area where a piece has flaked off but the piercing is complete. It is struck 3 times with the maker, i am sure its Stevenson. It is 11cms high and weighs 72 grams, it has a lovely period crest of a Bird and Castle. 

A fine early 18th century castor.
