This is a very pretty snuff box made in c1720. It is typical of the era, very good period engraved decoration, the only hallmark is the maker, very rubbed and hard to read, inside it also has period owners initials PG. It has a later rubbed inscription under the base. It is 7cms long and weighs 56 grams
