This is a rare marrow spoon made in Dublin in 1737 by Joseph Teafe. It is in very good condition, nice bowl and rat tail, the hallmarks rubbed but readable Harp and maker the date letter is a bit more rubbed but I am pretty sure its 1737 and that is how it was described when sold at Christies in 1993 lot 63. The label is still on it.

A fine 18th century Irish spoon.
