This is a lovely teapot made in Dublin in 1806 by James Scott. It is in very good condition , nice clear hallmarks under the base with Harp mark on the lid, it is very well made with fluted decoration on the body and Gradooned decoration on the rim and spout, it is 28cms long and weighs 750 grams, it has a grater crest on both sides one with a Griffen the other with initial M in script,
A fine early 19th century Irish teapot.
