This is an excellent nutmeg grater made in Birmingham in c1850 by Nathanial Mills, it is in very good condition, fully hallmarked on both lids but lacking the date letter, the decoration is unworn and the rasp is in fine condition, it is 5cms long and weighs 41 grams, it has a period Bird crest

I do not see many Nutmeg graters by Mills
